Quarizmi

Ana Etxebarria

Co-founder & COO – Quarizmi

Ana’s priority is the customer experience, which she understands must start from within.

She believes the power of the word-of-mouth to be the most potent marketing force to grow and retain the universe of our customers. She believes it is the consumer who creates the rules for the sale process now, is not the sellers’ choice anymore. Make a consumer mad and be ready to have the best word of mouth advertiser against you. She believes that those customers who are excited about their experience with a product or, as in her case, with a service, can become straightforward preachers for a company. She believes it is this group of “satisfied believers” the one that make a difference and spreads the good name of a company among their relations. And she believes that organizations that focus on building word-of-mouth into mature evangelism grow faster, are more profitable and have big-picture ideas that somehow change the world. She thinks It’s fun, thrilling stuff.
